What counts
A promise is kept when it is fully repaid by the Promise Date, or by an agreed extension or payment plan.
Only closed Individual loans (repaid or defaulted) count. Active loans, salary loans and test accounts are excluded. Repayments are confirmed money received against those closed loans. A payment plan counts when each agreed part was covered by its due date.
Totals only. No names, photos or individual amounts. The same record is visible to everyone, including Promise admins; it cannot be edited or hidden.
Life happens. Telling us early and asking for more time or a payment plan is also keeping your word.
